FAQ

How quickly can you get my vehicle in for service?
You can book an appointment online or by calling us at 678-971-5300. We do our best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. When we confirm your appointment and/or have done an evaluation on your vehicle we can give you a good estimate on repair times. We do have loaner vehicles available for longer repairs.

Opinions vary greatly on this issue. However, studies have shown that following manufacturers recommendations for oil changes every 10,000 miles leads to premature engine failure due to oil breakdown. We recommend changing oil every 5,000 miles with a quality synthetic oil. As well, at each oil change service we do a full courtesy inspection to make sure all the components on your vehicle are in proper working condition.

We take all major credit cards and cash, and we also offer financing options. For large payments we prefer wire transfer.
We generally do not install customer supplied parts as we cannot guarantee proper fitment nor can we offer a warranty on parts or labor for parts we do not supply. We may install specialty parts on a case by case basis with prior approval.

Yes, we offer a nationwide 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on most repairs. Here is the list of coverage https://www.technetprofessional.com/warranty

We offer a free courtesy inspection with any service. We also offer a free initial consultation to determine a general idea of the scope of repairs and/or the time needed to properly evaluate a complicated repair. You will always be asked for approval prior to doing any work that is being charged.
The short answer is yes, just about any vehicle can be driven on track. We’ve seen everything from a Smart Car to a Chrysler minivan on track. The key is to make sure the vehicle has been prepped for the track, and to understand that there are certain performance limitations your daily driver will have, relative to a dedicated track car.
